Carnival and Fun Run Saturday June 11th in Reunion

Ellie’s Annual Carnival is the brain child of Ellie’s Auntie Laura. When Ellie was first diagnosed, she was looking for a way to help the family and came up with the idea of a Carnival for Ellie. It was such a success that we have made it an annual event. By continuing this tradition, we have been able to help fund some amazing programs at Children’s Hospital here in Denver, including SuperSibs, Beads of Courage, Flashes of Hope Photography and the art program. We have also been able to help fund an awesome organization called Give Kids The World – www.gktw.org.

Ellie’s Carnival helps to raise awareness of this dreaded disease called childhood cancer and it also gives our family an opportunity to be able to give back in the hopes of making someone else’s lives a little bit easier along the way!

We are proud to announce that on Saturday, June 11th, we will be continuing our tradition with the 4th Annual Carnival and Fun Run at Reunion Park in Commerce City. Kick off your morning with the Kids Fun Run at 9am and continue on with the Carnival from 10am – 1pm.

This year, all proceeds will benefit the Children’s Hospital Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. We spent many, many days and nights on this floor and know first hand the importance of all this hospital has to offer, so we are thrilled to take this opportunity to give back.
