Adams & Broomfield Counties, CO – The Bagel Bakery and Cupcake Shoppe will generously open the doors of its new location at 1850 E. Egbert Street in Brighton, around back of the Brighton Learning and Resource Campus, to CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Adams and Broomfield Counties on Wednesday, July 28th. Already a Friend of CASA sponsor and creator of the delicious “CASA Cookie”, The Bagel Bakery and Cupcake Shoppe will go one step further and host a Dining Out for CASA event, with 15 percent of total proceeds for the day to help fight child abuse and neglect.
One of the area’s most popular neighborhood bakeries, The Bagel Bakery and Cupcake Shoppe quickly gained recognition in Thornton for its fresh baked bagels, assorted flavors of cream cheese, hot fresh bakery delights, tasty breakfast and real deli foods. Owners Paul and Michelle Martinez recently expanded their business to include a location in Brighton and also have a small kiosk at The Orchard in Westminster that caters to hungry shoppers on the go.
Members of the community are encouraged to visit The Bagel Bakery and Cupcake Shoppe on July 28th to sample any of the variety of delectable treats, while also helping provide advocacy for children in need.
