“Serving the Servant one wish at a time”Our mission is to honor individuals in the community who are and who have provided caregiving to family members, friends, etc. who are experiencing serious medical conditions. We are honoring these caregivers by awarding them with a gift or item of their wish to show our appreciation for their selfless acts of kindness.
A Caretaker’s Wish Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 Public Charity. Contributions to our foundation are tax deductible under section 170 of the IRS code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the code. Business sponsors of A Caretaker’s Wish, Inc. should they choose, will receive recognition of their support on our website and all other advertising literature and events.
Goals for 2010
• We are currently looking for an event center sponsor where we can hold fundraisers, as well as our events for our caregiver recipients and their families.
• To raise awareness to business and community leaders to obtain funding and consistent partnerships with A Caretaker’s Wish.
• Building relationships with businesses in the state of Colorado who would like to provide our wish recipients with donated services or products.
• It is the goal of our committee to award one wish per month to an elected caregiver.
