CASA Announces Indulge for CASA Home Yard Makeover Raffle Winner

Adams and Broomfield Counties, CO – CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Adams and Broomfield Counties is proud to announce that Lisa Shurtleff of Brighton was selected as the winner of the 2010 Indulge for CASA Home Yard Makeover raffle. Proceeds from raffle ticket sales will go to help fight child abuse and neglect in the community.

“Of course it feels amazing to win such a prize,” Shurtleff said. “I am a photographer and am hoping to integrate some of the winnings into a backyard home studio for portraiture. Adding a touch of color, trees, shrubs and flowers will add to my range of possibilities.”

The prize package includes a yard conceptual plan, $2,000 worth of wholesale shrubbery, trees and plants in alignment with the conceptual plan, 20 hours of landscape labor and complete installation of a $3,000 bubble rock waterfall.

A raffle ticket purchased by the Shurtleff was drawn from among hundreds at the 2010 Indulge for CASA event on July 22nd at Balistreri Vineyards in Denver . The luxury yard renovation was donated by area businesses, including Three Oaks Landscapes, Arbor Valley Nursery, Lowe’s of Brighton , Deb Kershner, Falls by Fox and Mountain Studio Design.
